Our chilies have recorded among the highest in capsaicin content (average 2.8 % or 4,53,100 Scoville Heat Units) in the world.

 

Our turmeric also ranks among the highest curcumin-containing turmeric varieties, especially suitable for oleoresin extractors. For the culinary connoisseur, this variety reigns supreme for not only its unbeatable aroma and magnificent color quality (at least two to three times that of “normal” turmeric) but for its virtue of being NON-BITTER. One may take even a spoonful and not be overcome by the normally bitter taste of turmeric, which means an accidental overuse during food preparation will not require calling the home delivery service for an emergency rescue mission!

 

DWUS also has an Organic Black Pepper Rapid Multiplication Unit and an organic Vanilla nursery in Manipur under Spices Board of India, Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India.

We also undertake Contract Growing of organic crops, herbal spices and medicinal and aromatic plants in order to ensure buyers who wish to avail of ensured specific quantities of products. Moreover, contract farming ensures better controlled and uniform prices cushioning the buyer from fluctuating market trends.
